Shipping Policy

Processing time can take 3-5 business days before actual shipment. During high peak periods, please allow 5 to 10 days for us to process your orders before shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active/update.

Please keep in mind, we are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.


We genuinely hope that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes, we do not offer returns/exchanges on unwanted items/change of mind.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after the order is placed. After an order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for refund.

To cancel, please contact us at within 24 hours of placing your order. You will then receive a notice stating your order has been canceled. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to report any damage or if you receive the wrong item. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. All original packing materials and boxes must be retained for inspection purposes.

2. Include your original order number in the email. 

3. Please allow 48 hours for us to evaluate the situation.
